Beds were good, floors were not clean, poor lighting in the bathroom. The rooms are definitely in need of an upgrade. We would not stay there again.

Yes to both questions. The only thing is the toilet is very low. Should be higher for older people otherwise everything was great. We really liked the Kerig coffee maker in our room

Abbey Resort and Avani Spa
It was a very peaceful stay. However the food choices were scarce, I had to ask for appropriate towels numerous times, the waterfront restaurant was more than lacking, but the avani spa was top notch and amazing.

Geneva Lakefront Luxury Home with Private Pier Tennis Court
Beautiful property, great kitchen for large group meals. Quiet area at this time of year. Unfortunately the docks were pulled out of the water already - that was not expected and spoiled the view a bit
