"This is a nice hotel, and this was our third visit to the hotel. However, we planned the stay based solely on using the outdoor pool, and didn't realize the hotel sells passes to people who are not staying at the resort. The pool was crowded. There was only one bartender to make drinks for everyone but there were probably 8 servers who were standing around waiting for drinks to be made. It ruined the vibe we were hoping for."

"Me and my partner went for the 4th of July weekend and we can happily say the hotel was very clean and very well maintained. Only complaint I have to say is that we got the room with the hot tub and when we walked into our room, it had a very strong unpleasant smell of strong chemicals vinegar like smell. We understand it could be due to the cleaning supplies being used to clean but I just feel like the smell it leaves behind is bad and unpleasant. I had to spray down our room with perfume to make it bearable. Other than that the room was very clean staff is very kind and friendly. Pool temperature was great not cold and jacuzzi was very pleasant."
