"We went to the Six Flags Great Escape Lodge & indoor waterpark and were greeted by a smile. Her name is Nicole, one of the greatest employee there. They are lucky to have her as a member of their team. She is helpful, attentive, cheerful and efficient. We loved every minute of our stay. Thanks to Nicole for making it so memorable. The waterpark, arcade and kids club is amazing. And we loved that the hotel is walking distance to the Six Flags amusement park. Great memories for families with kids. All around fun times. Thank you Nicole."

"Room was small but adequate, was clean with modern finish. Best thing was the location. It is located withing walking distance of the steamboat cruises and Fort William Henry and the downtown strip. Parking was free. You have to pay to park everywhere down town, even at the steamboat company."
