A lovely newly renovated apartment in the center of Formia, a stone's throw from all the services of the city and 400 meters from the railway station. The accommodation is located on the fourth floor without lift of an elegant building. It consists of large living room with dining area, sofa. Kitchenette equipped with every comfort. Two bedrooms and bathroom with tub-shower. The house have air conditioner, with large windows that make the rooms light and airy. The master bedroom has a small balcony. Equipped with all the comforts and practical for those who do not have a car and want to move easily in the neighboring places on foot or by bus due to the presence of the stop a few meters away. Just 400 meters away is the station from which you can reach Rome and Naples in just over an hour with trains every hour minutes. At 900 meters there is the boarding for ferries to the Pontine Islands. Just 7 km from the historic center of Gaeta Medioevale, 18 km from Sperlonga, you can enjoy a cultural journey but also enjoy the nightlife with youthful clubs and many fine restaurants.
