This house is in the Es Cap area. In a quiet location in the countryside and close to Bar Es Cap. It is located in a protected site with little property around.

The house is well equipped. It is next to a small shop and a bar. It is 8 minutes from San Francesc by bike 6 minutes by car and 3 minutes from Cala Saona. It is also close to other beaches.

The place is very pleasant with a nice view of the fields. This house recalls the authentic Formentera while being very comfortable.
