"The room was clean and had window air conditioning. We met the staff as we arrived. Checkin seems to be by a code. Then you get an old fashioned key for the front door and bedroom door. Breakfast is fix it yourself from various things to warm up. The electric is a little wonky, so be careful and read the sign of what can't be run at the same time. Also had a bit of a time finding an outlet to charge my phone."

"My husband and I love this cabin. This was our 2nd stay and just as great as our first stay. We love how quiet and incredibly secluded it is and yet so close to forest hiking trails. The cabin is very well made and kept very clean. We had a little cook out with the grill on the porch with our daughter and family, super relaxing!!We hope to be back soon. Nan B."

"This was a great property to take our two dogs on vacation with us. The size of the house was perfect for us. It has a kitchen/dining room, a decent sized living room, a large bathroom, & two bedrooms upstairs. The basement is unfinished, but it looks like they're redoing it with a partially finished bathroom & another bedroom. The only reason I'm giving this 4 stars is the main road right in front of the house. That was a little anxiety inducing with two dogs. Giant trucks are speeding up & down that road at 65 miles per hour all hours of the day & night. The saving grace was the back of the property, though. I didn't feel comfortable leaving them off leash in the immediate back yard, but there was a second back yard down by the creek which was perfect for the dogs & us to hang out. Our dogs loved running around on the island & splashing in the creek. The back deck & the stairs inside of the house could use a little love, but considering this is a dog friendly house, it was perfect for what we were looking for. The arcade games, especially the pinball machine in the basement were a fun addition. The area is beautiful & it was really nice to get away with our fur babies!"

"Stunning property in the countryside! You can feel the care & love in every detail of the construction. Light & airy, you wake up daily to the birds chirping, and bullfrogs croaking. We really enjoyed the use of the hot tub in the evenings, and the fully stocked kitchen. And Josh even left us some eggs & bacon in the refrigerator for breakfast. We enjoyed visiting his Today Farm & Market in Muncy, fed the goats, and picked up meat & baked goods for our next meal. I highly recommend this property!"
