Villa the holm oak is set in the San Francisco Bay, in an extremely rich vegetation. The grove of oaks surrounding the property, gives it a unique and unrepeatable. Guests will reach the sea just by walking for 5 minutes along a pleasant road that leads to the quiet and clean beach of San Francesco, equipped by numerous beaches.
Villa dei Lecci was completely renovated in 2015 and offers guests a location decorated in every detail in a modern style and at the same time tightly integrated with the surrounding landscape. Guests can use the swimming pool with Jacuzzi located on the panoramic terrace of the villa, can access the parking area located within the property and you can use the WI-FI for free.

A jewel with a wonderful view

A beautiful house with every attention given to detail, huge spaces including the best terrace I have seen, and the room are very comfortable (and air conditioned!). A wonderful stay

Beautiful Property

This villa is spectacular. The inside is so airy and bright. Everything was super clean. The rental agency did some grocery shopping for us at no extra charge. They were very responsive on whatsapp. The bedrooms were large and the beds were very comfortable. The patios and pool deck were amazing. Highly recommend and would return.

Amazing!

Villa dei Lecci was even better than described in the listing. The pictures don’t do it justice! Alessandro and Chiara were incredibly helpful and communicative. They even went grocery shopping for us before we arrived! The villa is stunning, immaculate and very well appointed with everything you could want or need. There is a lemon tree on property that we spent time making fresh lemonade from :). The pool is perfect and the location is great. I can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed our time here! We highly recommend and will definitely be back!!!

Paradise Villa in superb surroundings

Large comfy villa with superb pool and outdoor areas to enjoy. Beautiful gardens and stunning views of the sea with complete privacy. We hired a car to get around the island for day trips but there are a few good quality restaurants a short 10 min walk down the hill towards the sea front. Di Meglio Pizzeria and La Sciavica were both superb. La Mortella gardens were a 1 min walk from the villa and a must see as they are amazing. Would highly recommend this villa as a tranquil spot to enjoy Ischia from.

Best place we ever booked in Ischia

This place was Absolutely Perfect. Not sure whether my five star rating for the correctness of the listing is correct 🤔because it is simply even nicer than what you imagine from picture. It has also the most space we ever had on the island. All five of us felt perfectly well. Outstanding was the cleaning and the service of the owners who gave incredible attention to us. Highly recommend the VillaS (we could also see the other ones). We will definitely come back
