"The property is conveniently located just far enough away from Saugatuck to provide a quiet stay on a small town lake with the ability to add all of the tourist adventures if desired. The owner has thought about property use and provides everything you need to enjoy the house: lawn games, kayaks, dock with a pontoon boat patio, fire-pit with firewood, jacuzzi with outdoor shower and plenty of indoor board games for rainy days. Great for families looking to make memories. "

"Met all expectations, plenty of space. We brought the family with pets. Tons of space for all of us. Walkable to downtown Fennville. By all the SW side hot spots. Owner very reachable and accommodating, as when we reached out about infant supplies, had what we needed. Thank you! Hope to be back next summer!"
"This was our 2nd time staying here. The cabin is rustic but it is clean and had the basics we needed for a weekend getaway. It did the trick in helping us unwind from the hubbub of life and get back to experiencing the simple things in life. There was a nice breeze off the lake while we were there so we had the windows open and were quite comfortable. The cabin is right next to the boat launch so every now and then there’s the typical boat traffic going in/out of the lake but it didn’t intrude on our stay. Highlight of the trip was taking one of the kayaks out on the lake to watch the sunset. The cabin is relatively close to Saugatuck and other attractions. We made several trips into Saugatuck for some evenings out on the town. Overall, it was just what we needed. Would definitely stay here a 3rd time. "

"Great stay from beginning to end. House was amazing and the service from mill pond realty was incredible. Had two small issues during the stay that were completely out of their control and they were handled within a few hours. Will definitely come back."

"This place was brand new and super clean! ONLY thing missing was either ceiling fans or optional box fans for the rooms but it also was not normal for Michigan to be that hot/humid this time of year. Otherwise no complaints and would rent again here!"
