"Breakfast wasn't up to my standards, but the parking was safe and alot of space to park"

"When we arrived at check-in the main heated pool & hot tub was out of service. Then on arrival to our room, it was not clean and had a musty odor. There were stains on the bedskirts, the curtains had rips in them. We stayed at this exact hotel a few years ago & loved it but it had tremendously went downhill. We actually opted for a refund as soon as we seen the room conditions & found another place to stay. The staff were friendly and understanding. I would no longer recommend this hotel. "

"Nikki was outstanding. Her confident and friendly demeanor and efficient customer service skills were a breath of fresh air. I have to say while we were very satisfied with our stay our experience with Nikki is why I am taking the time to leave this review . Great place to stay . Thoroughly enjoyed it's more off pier private section of beachfront. Loved the balcony facing the beach .beach was clean not over crowded and the hot tub and pool were as well . Every staff member we encountered was absolutely 10/10 friendly helpful inviting and informative . We will be back. Hope the staff is recognized for their diligent work ethic. It really is a nod to the entire establishment to have such a reliable team . "

"For what we paid, we expected a much higher standard. The water pressure was extremely low, to the point that we were unable to brush our teeth or wash our hands at the bathroom sink and had to use the kitchenette sink instead. The room was worn, outdated, and not laid out in a way that made it functional. For example, the main entrance/exit was located in the bedroom with the double beds, where our children were sleeping. Additionally, there was only one couch that seats three, with no additional seating, in a two-bedroom unit advertised to accommodate six guests. The miniature golf area is in serious need of attention, and most of the outdoor foot showers were not working, with only one operational. The beach view was also largely obstructed by the tiki bar roof. Overall, the property appears to be in need of significant updates and does not reflect the price point. Based on this experience, we would not choose to return and would not recommend the property to friends or family visiting Panama City Beach."
