"Property is an older building and within walking distance of the Southbridge Mall and Hockey arena. Although the mall doesn't have much in it anymore. Parking lot was well lit at night and staff was helpful. Room was clean and ready for arrival, but it had a bit of a stale musty smell. Refrigerator and microwave in room worked fine. For the lower cost and just needing a place to crash at night it worked fine. If you want a place with more frills and amenities this would not fit that expectation....

"We had booked multiple rooms only to find out there were no rooms for us. The hotel did not notify us in advance that the Travelocity booking was unable to be satisfied. Needless to say this is a huge problem if rooms cannot be confirmed and held when an active Travelocity itinerary appeared as though rooms were confirmed "
