"Hi, I found my stay at Best Western excellent. I particularly like the bathroom room that was very well planned for a tiny space - and the overhead shower GREAT. The check in process was seamless and any questions I had about on going travel were communicated to me most effectively - when you're over 60, often people think either your brains have fallen out or you have redressed to toddler stage - much appreciated.
