My only complaint was how dirty the floor was. My socks and feet were dirty walking anywhere in the room. They also don’t offer washcloths. But other than those two things it was a great experience.

Beautiful hotel, great breakfast and wonderful personal

Messaged Hotel for directions from airport,a few days ago no reply.Late checking due to flight delays and unable to locate Hotel.No refreshments available only water.Minibar empty.Went to shower in am ,wet in shower no shower gel or shampoo,container empty Also noticed light was out above shower.Breakfast was varied ,no one there to take room no or give directions on first morning.Plates cold and food luke warm then put on a cold plate.Chairs were big and cramped together,making returning to buffet difficult.I left to go eat outside.No slippers provided or bathrobe.I did manage to sleep.Bed was comfortable and room was quiet.Due to many, attention to detail issues I would rather this as a Hotel 3*

Overall, I enjoyed my stay, but there were a few issues that made it more of an okay experience. I really liked the built-in Bluetooth speakers in the bedroom and bathroom. I was worried about the sound carrying outside the room, but I couldn’t hear anything from the hallway, so the soundproofing seems to be very good. The gym was adequate, and the laundry facilities and movie room near the gym were nice additions. There’s also a water refill station in the lobby. The rooms are missing some basic amenities I would normally expect, such as a safe, refrigerator, coffee maker, and phone. The biggest issue was the AC. It stopped working on the 5th floor for several nights. Staff and maintenance attempted to fix it, and I was eventually moved to a larger room with a balcony, but the AC in that room also stopped working. It eventually started working again after about two additional nights. A few days into the stay, I also noticed a sewer-like smell coming from the shower drain. The breakfast was also pretty average. Overall, there were some things I liked about the hotel, but the AC problems and other small issues made the stay less enjoyable than it could have been.

We loved this Hotel. 1st the staff was great. Hotel was very clean, well cared for, great location, fresh and new feeling. AC worked great. Recommendations by the staff for dining were spot on. Every place they recommended that we tried was excellent. Breakfast was great. Lots of options to choose from and all well prepared and presented. We highly recommend this hotel. Staff was very attentive to our needs and requests.
