"A lovely spot but got bitten by the mosquitoes (we were next to the pond) and there’s no storage space for clothing"

"The property was surreal from start to finish. The pool, the tennis courts, the fruit/veg trees and plants, everything. A fridge in the room would have been nice but minor stuff. We wish we had more time there! Thank you."

"An amazing stay - Vanessa a great host and fantastic cook! We had such a good time"

"Of all the places we stayed on our three-week trip, Le Doux Refuge was by far our favourite. The owners are the sweetest people, and we’ll definitely end up coming here every...

"Charming large room and wonderful hosts!"

"A wonderful lodge for the last night in France 🇫🇷 we wish we could have stayed longer. My children loved the little hide away bedroom and the roll top bath. Clemence offered an excellent dinner recommendation at a local craft beer tap room. The food was divine! As was the beer. We would highly recommend this accommodation."

"Beautiful property and great host."
