  • Small apartment house "Simiane", 3 storeys. Above La Toussuire, in a quiet, elevated position, 500 m from the skiing area, north-east facing position. In the complex: lift, storage room for skis. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking. Shop 400 m, grocery 200 m, restaurant, bar, bus stop 350 m, railway station "St Jean de Maurienne" 15 km. Chair lift 200 m, slopes 500 m, ski bus stop 150 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Les Sybelles. Please note: ski bus (free of charge). The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency INTERHOME DU CORBIER in LA STATION VOISINE, 4 km.
    1-room apartment 32 m2 on 3rd floor, south facing position. Simple furnishings: living/dining room with curtain with 1 x 2 bunk beds (80 cm, length 190 cm), TV and DVD. Exit to the balcony, south facing position. Alcove with curtain with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 200 cm), electric shutters. Exit to the balcony, south facing position. Small kitchen (dishwasher, 2 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, fondue Set (cheese)). Bathroom, sep. WC. Heating. Carpet. Large balcony 6 m2, south facing position. Beautiful view of the mountains and the resort. Facilities: hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, extra). Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.). Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.

Appartement correspondant à notre attente. En +le propriétaire a accepté mon animal domestique. Ce qui est important pour moi. Donc court sejour mais ds de bonnes conditions belle situation en hauteur
