La Grande Verdette residence is located along "Marmottes" slope which allows you to reach the snow front and the main ski lifts in a few seconds. Arrival and departure on skis at the foot of the residence.

Pedestrian access to the station takes just a few minutes!

This is a new residence delivered in fall 2024.

This 40m² apartment offers warm decoration and high quality materials.

An indoor parking space (basement of the residence) is reserved for you.
You have a ski locker with boot dryer which opens directly onto the Bellard chairlift.

The apartment is made up of a living room opening onto a balcony of 8m2 east faced.
The living room offers a living room with sofa bed - dining room and an equipped kitchen.
A first bedroom is equipped with a 160 bed and a walk-in closet.
A second bedroom offers also a 160x200 cm doble bed.
A shower room with toilet complete this apartment.
