Blanche Charmant duplex-Apartment

  • Ideally located between the town centre and the station, close to the canal park, the château and the forest.

    Newly refurbished 65 m2 duplex flat. Fitted with all mod cons. Loft-style structure and furnishings. Recent quality furniture mixed with our antiques.

    Located on the 1st floor (no lift) of a small, quiet co-ownership of 4 flats, it comprises a living room/dining room/kitchen, a bedroom for 3 people with bunk beds (1 double bed 140 cm and 1 single bed 90 cm above) and shower room (basin and shower), toilet, and on the 1st floor a master suite with bath, basin and queen-size bed (160 cm). Please note that the contemporary staircase has no railings.
