Ideally located between the town centre and the station, close to the canal park, the château and the forest.
Newly refurbished 65 m2 duplex flat. Fitted with all mod cons. Loft-style structure and furnishings. Recent quality furniture mixed with our antiques.
Located on the 1st floor (no lift) of a small, quiet co-ownership of 4 flats, it comprises a living room/dining room/kitchen, a bedroom for 3 people with bunk beds (1 double bed 140 cm and 1 single bed 90 cm above) and shower room (basin and shower), toilet, and on the 1st floor a master suite with bath, basin and queen-size bed (160 cm). Please note that the contemporary staircase has no railings.

A beautiful new renovated apartment. Spotlessly clean with everything you could need, a very well equipped kitchen and great bathrooms. Charming, with a grocery store and boulangerie very near. I would stay again in a heartbeat.

Great location and gorgeous apartment
We (family of 2 adults, 2 kids) loved this apartment for our stay in Fontainebleau. It was very comfortable and we had everything we needed. The location is perfect. We took the train to Paris as well as exploring the local area. We were walking distance from everything. Communication with Christelle was excellent. Would highly recommend!

A fantastic holiday
We had such an amazing time in Font and this place was perfect for all of us. The bath was really nice to come back to after a day of climbing! A wonderful experience and we’re hoping to be back soon!

Accueil chaleureux, appartement tout neuf, très confortable, fonctionnel et bien équipé. La forêt est à 10mn à pieds, de même que la gare d’Avon. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour !
