Excellente residence !

Excellentes vacances en famille dans cet etablissement idealement situe, propre, bien amenage et avec un personnel a l'accueil tres sympathique et professionnel ! La proximite des commerces, restaurants et des telecabines en font le lieu ideal pour profiter de la montagne. Si l'on prefere la voiture, les pistes ne sont qu'a quelques minutes. De plus la residence dispose d'un parking et surtout d'une vue a couper le souffle. Tout cela pour un prix plus que raisonnable ! A refaire !

Belle vue côté vallée . Personnel accueillante Cependant l accès de l hôtel par la route . La pente est raide avec verglas et neige et des trous qui rendent le chemin très dangereux . Pas entretenue. Super emplacement tout se fait à pieds proche du centre ville . Pour des vacances d une semaine c est très bien

Personnel très sympathique. Wifi inexistant. Parking complet impossible de se garer à certaines heures. Pas assez déneigé donc manque de place. Nous sommes garés en ville au parking payant. Petit appartement mais fonctionnel. Belle vue. Pas de bruit.

manque d'information!!!!!

Il serait bon d'informer les clients qui se rendent à font romeu que la N116 est fermée par un éboulement depuis un mois et demi. (Il y a une pétition dans le village) ce que ne disent pas tous les GPS!!!! quand aux panneaux routier, ils nous disent de passer par le col de Jau mais lui était fermé ce jour là. bref retour sur millas et accès différent soit 3 h de route en plus. la résidence avait notre réservation avec notre boite mail , pourquoi ne pas nous le faire savoir, ça s'appelle faire du commerce........ quant au numéro sur la réservation pour appeler l'établissement et lui faire savoir que nous arriverions en retard , il n'était pas valide ou le standard était occupé???? c'est ce que nous disait un message, et cela pendant 3 H......A vous de vérifier... Nous avons fait 20000 kms pour profiter, heureusement du super spectacle de Font Romeu, nous aurions aimé seulement un peu plus de professionnalisme de cette résidence et un mail aurait suffit à ce que notre séjour soit au top. La prochaine fois , nous prendrons nous mêmes les renseignements sur les routes barrées....

Tiny and old fashioned room. The sofa bed is really uncomfortable. The hotel should mention that they do not provide not even toilet paper. The room is given with the linen into bags...you have to make your beds...

We would go again !

We know this town well and have stayed in a hotel before. The apartment was exactly as described on the website. The views from it were stunning. Everything we could have wanted was there and it was immaculately clean. Free parking was a bonus and despite there being quite a few guests it was very quiet overnight.

Résidence proche du centre de Font Romeu. Studio bien aménagé. Odeur dans l appartement surtout dans la salle de bain. Pas du tout insonorisé le calme dépend de vos voisins.
