New construction of Finnish chalet type.
BASEMENT: Large garage and ski storage room
Ground floor: Entrance, 3 bedrooms, a small living room with convertible sofa, TV and kitchenette, 2 shower rooms with WC. Large balcony overlooking the Cerdanya.
1st FLOOR: Large living room with wood stove and Wifi, 1 American kitchen (dishwasher and freezer), 1 bedroom, 1 large bathroom, 1 separate WC (washing machine).
2nd FLOOR: Mezzanine with TV and convertible sofa + children's corner with 2 single beds.
OUR CHALET IS MODULAR AND CAN BE RENTED IN A 3 BEDROOM VERSION, THAT IS 6 BEDS AND MORE DURING THE MONTHS OF JULY, AUGUST AND SEPTEMBER. CONTACT US FOR AVAILABILITY AND PRICES.

A notre arrivée nous avons été bien accueillis par les propriétaires avec de plus des cadeaux qui nous étaient réservés au pied du sapin.Le chalet est très chaleureux, décoré avec goût, vaste (sur 4 niveaux) et bien équipé avec une très belle vue dégagée sur les montagnes. Il est situé dans un quartier résidentiel où l'on trouve d'autres très beaux chalets. Nos enfants, petits enfants et nous même avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour, la neige et le soleil étant de plus présents toute la semaine !!

Un super séjour en famille

Très bon accueil des propriétaires dans un grand chalet où nous avons passé une excellente semaine en famille avec les grands-parents, 3 couples et 3 enfants (18, 15 et 3 ans). Le chalet est spacieux avec tous les équipements nécessaire pour un séjour réussi. Merci et à bientôt à Font Romeu.

Très beau chalet, très bien conçu, parfaitement agencé avec tout l'équipement nécessaire. Un vaste balcon ensoleillé avec une vue magnifique et situé dans un quartier très calme dans le bas de Font-Romeu. Accueil très sympathique des propriétaires qui sont de très bon conseil tant pour les commerces et les aspects pratiques que pour les loisirs dans la région.

Magnifique chalet dans les bas de Font Romeu

Nous avons logé à 3 familles de 4 personnes pendant 2 semaines dans ce très beau chalet amenagé avec beaucoup de goût dans les bas de Font Romeu. Chalet au calme hormis les travaux en cours sur un chalet en contre bas. Propriétaire très réactifs et accueillants à l'arrivée. Manquait juste un bbq à notre goût pour ces vacances, nous l'avons acheté et laissé sur place. Garage très fonctionnel pour le stockage de vtt et autre matériel. Vue magnifique. A louer les yeux fermés...

2 jours de ski de piste à Font-Romeu. 1 journée de ski de fond. 1 initiation biathlon. 1 journée ski en Andorre. Les + : Chalet très agréable à vivre. Diversité des activités. Un excellent séjour dans ce beau châlet décoré avec goûts et attentions. Tout était prévu pour ne manquer de rien. La literie confortable, les pièces agréables, les ustensiles de cuisines, d'entretien, la terrasse avec vue sur la montagne... Bref un séjour parfait dans les Pyrénées. La région ne manque pas de trésors à découvrir. Nous connaissions peu, nous avons adoré. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir pour de nouvelles vacances d'été en famille. Merci !

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, le chalet est bien situé et au calme. Il est très bien équipé et les propriétaires sont agréables et très à l'écoute. La station propose beaucoup d'activités (randonnées dans les sapins, acrobranche, ski, chiens de traineaux...), donc pas le temps de s'ennuyer !

Un cocon Extra!

Le chalet est conforme à la description! Bel intérieur, un nid douillet où se reposer après les sorties randos, prolonger les soirées autour du poêle. Ce chalet familial a une âme, les propriétaires l'habitent et le louent avec ces traces de leur vie. Belle vue sur la chaîne des Pyrénées et le passage des cervidés 😉. Les propriétaires sont charmants et de très bon conseil pour les randonnées. Très bon séjour.

gîte magnifique, spacieux, chaleureux. Très belle décoration . La conception permet de préservez l’espace de chacun. Emplacement idéal pour de belles randonnées . De nombreuses activités à proximité pour tous les âges ( Rando,balade en chiens de traîneau , canyoning, ballade dans le petit train jaune ...) Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et de très bons conseils . Nous recommandons ce chalet à Ceux qui souhaitent passer des vacances inoubliables !

chalet tres agréable et très bien situé

Nous avons passé un excellente semaine dans le chalet des joues roses. Nous étions 4 adultes et 5 enfants, et nous avions de la place pour chacun. Le chalet est très bien agencé. Le coin salon est très lumineux et convivial avec son poêle qui chauffe très bien. La cuisine est très bien équipée pour cuisiner. Nous avons apprécié les jouets et jeux pour les enfants ainsi que les livres et magazines à disposition. A 5min des Airelles, en évitant le centre de Font Romeu, son emplacement est idéal. Enfin, la vue y est très apaisante. Nous y reviendrons certainement, et peut être en été cette fois ! Merci à Mme et Mr Santucci pour leur accueil et leur réactivité en cas de besoin.
