Come enjoy the peace and charm of the village, just 5 minutes from the centre of Font Romeu and 10 minutes from the nearest ski slopes (shuttle stop 200 metres from the house).
The house is located on a quiet cul-de-sac in the heart of Odeillo, just a few steps from the famous solar oven and a large playground (slide, swing set, tennis court...).
Built on three levels, you’ll enter on the ground floor into a large room equipped with plenty of closets, providing a dedicated play area for the little ones.
On the ground floor, you’ll find the large 35 m² living area, which features a living room with a large sofa, a small balcony with an exceptional south-facing view, a dining room that seats 8 people, and a fully equipped kitchen. Continuing the tour, you’ll enter the 10 m² veranda made of natural stone, perfect for an aperitif or a meal during the shoulder seasons.
The second floor houses the sleeping area with three beautiful bedrooms. The first features a king-size bed (160x200), the second a standard double bed (140x200). The third bedroom is perfect for children, with four bunk beds. Finally, there is a beautiful bathroom with a shower stall and double sinks, a towel warmer, and plenty of storage space, as well as a separate toilet.
The garden areas will be especially enjoyable during the warmer months, with a large terrace perfect for outdoor dining, relaxing while gazing at the mountain peaks, or playing games in the garden.
