"Wir haben die Finca (nicht Villa!) für 1 Woche im April gemietet. Für die Außentemp. und für Wetter kann niemand etwas. Nach der Anreise und dem laut Posteingang vereinbarten Treffpunkt, war die Vermieterin nicht anwesend, sondern in der Finca beschäftigt. Nach kurzer WhatsApp-Schreiberei konnten wir dann doch zur Finca kommen und früher einchecken. Als wir in der Finca ankamen war die Vermieterin nicht mehr vor Ort. Wir mussten via WhatsApp 3x anfragen, wo der Schlüsseltresor am Eingangstor versteckt ist, bis sich dann herausstellte, dass das Haupt-Tor immer offen ist und sich der Tresor direkt neben der Eingangstür am Haus befindet. Also: Das Grundstück ist sehr schön und in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Ort. Der Pool ist ganz gut, war im April aber so eiskalt, dass man ihn nicht nutzen konnte. Im Haus war es zwar aufgeräumt aber von "renoviert" war nichts zu erkennen. Der Rahmen der Schlafzimmertür viel beim Öffnen direkt auseinander und im Schlaf- und Wohnzimmer wimmelte es vor Kellerasseln, Tausendfüßlern und Würmern (wir haben Alles fotografiert). Wir haben 2x täglich das Haus gereinigt und von Insekten befreit. Im Haus ist es (im April) kalt, Möbel und Wäsche sind feucht und klamm. Die Klimaanlagen haben es nicht geschafft Alles zu trocknen. Es gab nur 3 Handtücher, keine Geschirrtücher und keine Lappen für die Küche. Keine Rauchmelder in den Räumen und teilw. defekte Tür- und Fensterverriegelungen. Schade! Wir hätten viel lieber eine positive Bewertung abgegeben!"

"Excellent villa, well located and easy walk into the beautiful old town of Pollença. Also very convenient to 2 good supermarkets. Great indoor space with all the necessary amenities, good kitchen, living space and comfortable beds. Beautiful gardens with a really good sized swimming pool, as well as a table tennis table which got good use. Lovely out- building with charcoal bbq.Communication and access very good via Miquel and Maria. Would highly recommend and we’d love to return again. We had a fabulous family holiday. Thank you!"
