Clean, Cozy, Efficient Studio at a price you cant beat!
Enjoy a unique experience at this centrally-located studio, in the heart of Fond du Lac, walking distance to all the great restaurants, bars and nightlife fondy offers, but with a outter city vibe! Fire pit in the back yard, BBQ area, and outdoor seating makes this guest suite not only cozy, but don’t forget affordable too!
Off street parking for ONE vehicle behind house, FREE street parking for additional cars Very cute, CLEAN, EFFICIENT and AFFORDABLE studio! Everything you need at a price you can’t beat! Comfy couch that converts into a full-size bed, so you can entertain during the day and sleep in comfort at night!
We are in the process of updating our studio, the kitchen sink is not yet hooked up, but there is a sink in the bathroom.
Please note this is a STUDIO, a cute affordable and efficient studio with bed/couch in the same room that converts, as well as the kitchenette area. Its very comfortable and efficient at an amazing price! This is a duplex. Two bedroom home on one side and a Studio apartment on the other.
We are in the process of making this studio even more efficient for our guests. So please bare with us, we have added a sink to the studio in the kitchen area but it is not yet connected. Thank you for your understanding.

Cute studio near plenty of things to do in Fon du Lac. Perfect for one or two people. Hosts had binders of Things to do, where to eat, etc.
Made it feel like you were staying at a friends house instead of a VRBO.

Don’t stay here. I’m usually very tolerant but this was too much. This is the type of room a fugitive running from the law would hide out at. The bathroom is not up to code at all. It really only sleeps 1 NOT 3. There were people in and out of the other side all night not trying be be quite at all. We stayed 1 of the 2 nights then decided to cut our losses and booked motel 8 for less $money$ per night and it felt like the Ritz in comparison to this property.
