"One night to break up a road trip. The pool was clean and a great way to stretch out after being on the road. Room was clean, bed comfortable. The hotel has an interesting set up. As we were driving up, I thought it was a motel, but there are two doors in each room in the main hotel area - one door to the outside and one door to the inside. We stayed near lobby. Felt safe, hotel was super quiet. Nice to have 24 hour snacks and coffee and a restaurant is on site which is convenient. All staff was very nice and accommodating. Will stay here again. "

"The evening manager ( large man) was so extremely rude and actually condescending as I had mistakenly made 2 reservations and his verbal attitude was short of appalling! In my personal opinion he needs to either be suspended or made to take a hospitality and learn the proper way to interact with customers! The only other issue is the “continental breakfast” as there wasn’t a thing except a bowl of cereal stale doughnuts and juice and yogurt… when every other continental breakfast at least has eggs , this past experience has soured my decision to stay unless said manager isn’t working, the other employees have been pleasant and very welcoming when I stay which is usually once a month and the rooms are always clean and comfortable and that I certainly appreciate."

"First, we travel with the Service dog and were charged to stay in a pet room that was higher than the price guaranteed on Expedia. Taxes were NOT included and added to increase the price more upon check in. When I questioned this, staff said it was “ because pet rooms only had king beds.” We had to go get a broom to sweep out our room because there was so much debris on the floor. Expedia says they offer a “cooked to order hot breakfast” but it was a very poor continental breakfast ( will include some picture.) There were two in our room, and we were charged for an extra person—according to the night clerk at check in. There was only two of us, yet the room signage said that there was no charge for up to three people. The morning staff was extremely pleasant and sorry for all the problems; the night staff was very young and an experienced. Finally, we were awakened early in the morning to loud music and voices from an apartment next to us. When we ask about this, the front desk clerk said that it was an employee that stays there. We won’t be back and it was a sad experience n"

"This is an older property but the manager was very friendly and came to our room to explain the TV. The town itself is small and quaint. We went to a nearby restaurant and our dinner was absolutely great."

"When we arrived, it took a while to get the attention of an attendant because there was no one on the office or watching the front desk. One the attendant finally came, she said the room wasn't ready (check in time was 3:00, we got there around) 3:30 because they were repairing a hole in the wall. She asked if we could come back in half an hour. I had kids in the car that needed to use a bathroom (no lobby bathroom). So we had to walk to the gas station next door. The parking lot was rough and torn up. Just seemed overall like not a good place to stay. So, even though it was non refundable, we found another hotel. Would appreciate a refund..."

"Room was clean and quiet. Very retro, well maintained “Route66” ish roadside motel. Professional and courteous personel at check in. Room is basic with mini fridge, coffee maker and microwave. Definitely recommend this hotel and price was reasonable"
