"It’s basically some apartments with some tennis courts. They offer no tennis lessons or group lessons. I felt completely miss lead. It seems most the units for rent are individually owned. So you may get a good one? Or a bad one? We got a bad one. The sleeper sofa should have been thrown away ten years ago. The queen mattress had little support. Throw pillows never washed. Dirty worn out chair. Dust thru out the place. Be sure to read the fine print. They charge $165 for cleaning and a fee per day for your vehicle. That’s a big reason why it costs so much to stay there. Not because it is some fancy tennis resort. The restaurant at the pool was awful and expensive. I noticed people mostly only ordering drinks from there. The pool was nice and clean and the beach access was very convenient. It was a very enjoyable beach . I wont be staying there again. Rent at your own risk.. Good luck.. "

"Great property, close to everything you need while visiting Hilton Head. It was our second trip to the area and we can't wait to get back. There is nothing the host could have done to make our trip better, he was fantastic by providing maps, fun things to do and restaurant recommendations. "Did not have the single bed that is outlined in the online advertisement. There is a pullout sofa bed that may be queen as listed, but there is no single bed. there’s more than four occupants in this place. There was a chair, but it’s not the one listed in the photos unless it’s the one that had a cover on it. I do not believe that one reclined or at least we could not find it since I had the cover on it."

"Amazing ocean view from balcony. Watch the sunrises with a cup of coffee or have a glass of wine to watch the sunset. Life can’t get any better than this. Pure relaxation! The condo was very comfortable for the two of us and convenient location. The owner is very responsive. We are repeat customers for this particular condo. We love it!"
