Hibiscus Beach Village – Vacation rentals just a few meters from the beach.

The Ibiscus Beach Village, located in Loc. Pratoranieri in the Gulf of Follonica, is a complex of 31 two-room villas set within a pine forest just a short walk from the sea.

The two-room apartments, measuring approximately 32 square metres, consist of a double bedroom, a living room with two single beds, a gas kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, and a furnished outdoor patio complete with a safety gate.
All apartments are brick-built, located on the ground floor, and feature a private entrance.
Each apartment comes with one covered parking space on the premises.
The two-room apartments are equipped with an initial supply of bed linens and towels, kitchenware, a TV, air conditioning, a heat pump, and household supplies (clothes drying rack, broom, dustpan, bucket, mop, and mop handle). They do not include a hair dryer, safe, or cleaning supplies (for the home or personal use).

Apartments adapted for guests with disabilities are available.
The maximum occupancy is 4 people, including infants and/or small children, even if in a cot.

The private beach is located directly across from the resort. It is entirely sandy with a gently sloping seabed and is equipped with all the amenities to best accommodate adults and children.
Due to its layout, the beach is ideal for families with small children, people with mobility challenges, and people with disabilities.
Each apartment includes a beach station comprising 1 umbrella, 1 deck chair, and 1 beach lounger.
The beach also features a ramp providing access for wheelchair users.

In addition to the beach, the resort offers swimming pools, a playground, and a multipurpose field for the enjoyment of adults and children alike.

For those who love a relaxing atmosphere, our bar, Quel Posticino Lì, is the ideal place to spend your evenings enjoying light music and refreshing drinks.

Thanks to its strategic location, the resort is the perfect starting point for exploring the most beautiful parks in the Maremma, such as the Tomboli Nature Reserve, the Montioni Nature Park, the Sterpaia Park (a WWF oasis), the Biancane Park in Monterotondo Marittimo, the Gavorrano Mining Park, and the San Silvestro Archaeological Mining Park, among many others. In addition to its beautiful nature reserves and parks, the Maremma is home to some of Italy’s most picturesque villages, such as Suvereto, Bolgheri, Massa Marittima, Sorano, Pitigliano, Talamone, and Castiglione della Pescaia. From these towns, you can set out on excursions and mini-cruises to explore the Tuscan Archipelago.
