the worst hotel in Folgaria

The management is terrible; we aksss for a change of towels and they refused A the room was smelling smoke and zero insulated space - we couldn’t sleep because the noise neighors — we had to leva ra day before and lost a nigjht!

Appartamento n.15 ampio dotato di tutto (anche il phon di qualità) con un bel balcone. Letti e cuscini comodi. Sky room riscaldata, piscina interna riscaldata e sauna davvero valida! Mancano solo i ganci a muro per appendere asciugamani in area benessere. Torneremo in estate

il personale cordiale , le camere pulite ma i mobili datati . l'armadio in camera da letto faticava a chiudersi il divano letto inutilizzabile , il materasso era sfondato . invece il letto in camera da letto era perfetto il bagno avrebbe bisogno di una ristrutturazione..

Gentilezza e disponibilità. Ottima posizione, in piano a pochi metri dal centro Folgaria. Piscina, animazione per bambini, possibilità di passeggiate organizzate, ottima soluzione per famiglie. Un pò datato come arredamento ma abbastanza funzionale.

Soggiorno piacevole

Appartamento confortevole e spazioso specialmente per due persone,visto che prevedeva ben 6 posti letto. Pulizia buona e biancheria abbondante.Angolo cottura con 3 piastre elettriche, pentole e vasellame più che sufficienti. Bagno un po' datato e non molto grande, balcone spazioso e con vista sulle montagne. Nella struttura c'è una piscina aperta però solo dalle 16 alle 20. L'hotel si trova a pochi passi dalla zona pedonale di Folgaria, vicinissimo a negozi, ristoranti, bar e supermercati. La fermata dei trasporti locali è praticamente sotto l'hotel.

Struttura pulita, con particolare attenzione alle necissita dei nostri cani, bella la piscina e la sauna, personale gentile e qualificato ,rapporto qualita prezzo formidabile. Passeggiatebche partono nei pressi della struttura , paesino carino.e pieno di servizi sulermercato vicino come frutta e verdura c'è anche il forno , da sistemare qualche cosa particolare essendo una struttura che hs wualche anno . Appartamento un po’ datato ma ampio e confortevole, silenzioso e comodo. Parcheggio in struttura e senza problemi, vicino al centro del paese, ascensore veloce, piscina e sauna un plus con la pioggia fuori! Personale alla reception gentilissimo ed esaustivo, gruppo animazione simpatico ma un po’ da rivedere. Nel complesso ottima esperienza!

Semplicemente meraviglioso

Siamo venuti a Folgarìa con l'idea di non sostare sempre in zona, ma di sfruttare la posizione centrale per spostarsi lungo la regione e le vicine città/laghi... Invece con profondo stupore abbiamo scoperto un luogo incantevole ed un posto meraviglioso dove alloggiare e fare conoscenza. L'albergo situato benissimo e proprio in prossimità del centro storico, è stata un'ottima scelta ed anche se l'arredamento non è di nuovissima concezione, senz'altro non possiamo dire di esserci trovati male, anzi tutt'altro!!! Abbiamo trovato personale cortese, professionale e disponibile. Le stanze erano pulite e corredate di tanti accessori. Abbiamo lasciato insomma un pezzo di cuore e siam tornati con tanti ricordi. Un GRAZIE di cuore a tutti dunque, perchè davvero avete contribuito a rendere piacevole e perchè no.. anche speciale (:D) il nostro soggiorno. Perchè come abbiam imparato... LA FIABA REGNA SULL'ALPE CIMBRA... ;)

Spacious rooms and a balcony. Swimming pool on the day of arrival was too cold (only 25 Celsius) - this has improved after 2-3 days. Staff was friendly and the location of the property including parking was Good.

ottimo a due passi dal centro dove poter trovare ristoranti pizzerie e negozi per spesa e souvenir. vicinissimo al bus sky gratuito tra l'altro per raggiungere le piste senza usare l'auto propria. cmq anche volendola usare il parking sulle piste costa 2euro al giorno se andate a fondo grande, mentre a fondo piccolo è persino gratuito per il resto sono rimasto molto soddisfatto e se avete bambini lo staff dell'albergo li intrattiene alla grande sono molto bravi
