You are allowed to smoke, Vape, and E-Cigarette on the back porch. Put all cigarette and cigar butts in the trash and ash in the trash can as well.
Ensure no sand is tracked in the house and all beach toys, chairs, etc. stay in the garage. Ensure the charcoal grill is cleaned and placed back.
The shed and the owner's closet in the hallway are off limits. Please take care of the property.
