Great location. Hotel was just okay. There was a really terrible smell in our room. Very strong febreeze smell. When I came home, all of my clothing smelled like the room. Without the smell, I would stay there again. Otherwise, I’d pass.

Customer service was excellent! Patra’s customer care over the phone and Michael at the front desk went above and beyond, the staff were extremely helpful and very kind. The pools were amazing and my stay was wonderful. I will definitely be returning. I’m very happy with my very clean room and with all the great amenities. I highly recommend this resort, thank you!
