Fatucchi holiday home

The "Casa Vacanze Fatucchi" apartment is located on the second floor of a historic building in the center of the town of Foiano della Chiana, in the province of Arezzo (Tuscany). The palace dates back to the mid 16th century. In 1716 it was owned by the noble Florentine Bartoli family at the time Podestà of the Municipality. It overlooks the main square of the village, from where you can admire all the events that take place throughout the year.

The apartment has just been renovated and some fragments of the old 19th century paintings have been preserved.

The apartment can accommodate up to 7 people in 125 square meters divided into:
1 Green Room (double bed)
1 Yellow Room (double with third bed)
1 Open space (two French sofa beds)
2 bathrooms
1 Kitchen
