"This property is a true scam in every sense. This is NOT A RESORT! These are privately owned apartments.There is no reception but rather a guy sitting in his van next to a mobile grocery store servicing the few units. The apartment was not cleaned once the previous guests left. The bathroom was extremely filthy with rags used to clean the floor pushed to a corner of the bathroom. "A truly amazing resort and spa. The villas are spacious, peaceful, and beautifully designed. The staff were all extremely skilled, helpful, and friendly. The amenities abounded, and the spa offered many services. We had a lovely paella at the Mediterranean restaurant on site. Having pools and the sea accessible was also wonderful."

Absolument tout le monde forme une équipe formidable : les réceptionnistes, le directeur général (qui s'est présenté), la directeur du restaurant (d'une extrême gentillesse), la serveuse qui s'est occupée de notre déjeuner, et même le personnel qui a chargé nos bagages dans la voiture. "Room was clean, little dated and needs upgrading since we are in 2026. The reception floor was nice with beautiful and amazing artisan Moroccan design and furniture. Love it! Breakfast was amazing featuring a variety of food including a traditinal soup, tea and mssamen + harsha made on site 10/10. Staff are amazing. Blue (big) taxis go by the hotel which u can take for around $0.50 to downtown or opposite direction to martil (famous tetouan beach). For same price u can take yellow (small) taxi to/from airport (20 mins walk). Overall good experience "
