Upon arrival I was given a room that one I opened the door I was met with the cheep of the smoke alarm which had no battery in it, walked to the office to get one & she stated she would change my room. Room 2 upon entry was almost knocked over by the stomach of cigarette smoke & the safety latch had been broken off. So on to room #3 & all I can say is Thank GOD I only stayed 1 night & when I got in the shower there was NOTHING but Ice cold water even after it ran for 10 minutes. I’m pretty sure there was a bullet hole in the wall. “Nightstand” leg was held together by tape wrapped around it several times.

The room had a smell possibly old carpet smell had to buy candles. My t.v and microwave and fridge did not work and there was no phone to contact the desk or a number to call the desk!

It was ok
We only needed this hotel for one night. We didnt know the hotel was under renovations. The room was fine except for the roaches. The roaches were the problem. Staff was friendly.

Our stay was marred by not having tissues in the room, not having a trashcan in the room, not having a tub in the room (and not having a long enough shower curtain), not having towels in the room, and not having a door that locks in the first room (which made it so we had to change rooms).

Terrible, if your going to be open during “renovations” the price should be reduced from normal rates. The toilet seat was broken TV didn’t walk and the room phone was just for decoration. I do not recommend.

I didn;t like the rooms were reivent during stay.. The fire alarm was broke , Something was sticking out from the bed on the matteress. My niece hurt her leg. The lightning was offer outside the building.

Very Disappointing Stay
For the cost of this motel, I was extremely disappointed. The front lobby was closed off, there was no breakfast, and no working ice machine. The room was not nice and in poor condition. The chair in the room was dirty and stained, two out of three lamps had no light bulbs in them, the night stand was missing its handle, there was no clock or phone in the room, the shower was not in nice condition, there was no holder for the toilet paper, and the only hand towel in the bathroom was dirty with stuff on it. In addition to all that, the security lights on the posts by each room door, shined right into the room window at night. There was no blackout curtain. Only a thin sheer curtain that allowed a ton of light in at night. I would not recommend this motel to anyone.

Night stand missing handle and no clock or phone.

Hotel was under renovation and the room was very worn. There was a hot water heater in the parking lot. The Waffle House in front of the property was closed, with what looked to be police tape strung across the entrance. The bright spot was waking up with all of my organs intact.

Though we werd told the property was under construction, i didn't see any evidence that it was. The pool, though unseasonal to use was filled with filthy green water and trash. The area around it was in horrible condition with broken flower pots/beds. The dining area was closed which was not communicated to us at any time during our stay. We checked in Saturday night and didn't see a housekeeper until Tuesday. Though our room was clean, the mirror in the bathroom showed someone had written on it which appeared after taking a shower and the mirror got steamed up. Our curtain was inadequate to block out the lights at night which made it appear like daytime, even at 2 AM.

First of all, she said the room was a none smoking room when we checked in, we smelt smoke all night. We did not have any breakfast, as the internet said we would, when we ask her she said( no breakfast) . They were no phone service so no wake up calls. Two lamps, only one bulb in one lamp the other one had none in it. No cups, creamer, or sugar, only coffee packs and a coffee pot. No Kleenex in the empty box left in the holder. Only two towels, no washcloths and one hand towel. No shampoo for shower, they really didn't care if we stayed or not, and they had planty Of time to of properly maintain the room and supply it before we arrived on Friday night around 10:30 pm I would rate this expensive, not worth the money night a 1 star, we are saddened by The results we got. If we were property took care fore, it would of been worth the money, but instead we were lied too about the smoking, cheated on supplies and bluntly told no about breakfast and they did not have a place to even go to eat if they did have it We will not ever stay in your motels again because of all of this, you can ignore me, but what about everyone else that stays after us can you ignore them too?

Very convenient to Road Atlanta, local dining, and reasonably priced even though it was UGA/UT weekend in Athens. A bit "rustic" from an amenities standpoint, but I wasn't there for ambiance.

Property is "Under Renovation" Absolutely awful in every conceivable way. Nobody at the front desk, just a Note that says to call a number to check in. Old furniture and broken appliances strewn in walkways. Pool area strewn with broken furniture, filth, and old discarded equipment. Room looked like a horror film from the 70's

When we first walked into the room the smoke detector was beeping. The air conditioner did not cool. The TV did not work, the refrigerator did not work and there were dead bugs in the bottom of it. I contacted the lady at the desk about moving to another room. She advised that the smoke detectors were like that in each room and she did not have another room to move us to. I booked a room at another hotel and checked out.

There was trash in the parking lot and outside the room that had not been cleaned in a long time. The room had dirty walls, broken light fixtures, mold in the shower, dirty furniture. I left early and would have gone sooner if I had other options.

Yuck!!!
It was absolutely the nastiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The ac was loud as hell, weird guy downstairs like living in a room yelling loud, no light switch covers, carpet was wet, old food in the fridge, I could go on and on. You get the picture. Oh, no breakfast “for over a year while we remodel” so don’t plan on that. Not that I would want to eat there.

As bad as it gets
Do not accept the "under construction" as an excuse for the condition of this dump. The exterior is a mess, the room was as much of a dump as I've ever seen. Terrible sheets, poor pillows, no coffee, no desk chair, comforter had been left in the dryer for a week, ceiling..paint... Glad I was only staying by myself. If I'd hady family with me I would have left as soon as I opened the door.
