"I guess this is the world we live in in 2026, but breakfast (which was a buffet) was not complimentary. To my shock and amazement i was presented with a bill portfolio with a $14 charge for breakfast. i assumed (to my detriment) that the breakfast was complimentary as it has been in countless hotels i’ve stayed at for the past multiple decades. nothing was mentioned that there was a charge for breakfast. But in an age where everybody is squeezing every penny, shouldn’t be surprised. still leaves a bad taste in my mouth when i was presented with a bill folio as i ate my buffet meal of scrambled eggs and sausage. i will from now on always confirm whether a breakfast buffet is complimentary or not. if its not complimentary i will definitely go to a real restaurant for breakfast in the future. "

"Chicken patties and cheese omelettes for breakfast? COME ON!!!!! Where’s the biscuits and gravy with sausage and grits? All the money you pay for these rooms you would think Hampton Inn would do better with their breakfast food. I would expect to get a southern breakfast from this Hampton Inn since it’s in Duluth, Georgia. Even the hard boiled eggs where cold YUCK!"

"I booked because the hotel indicates it is pet friendly. I was not made aware of the $150 pet fee until I arrived with my tiny dog. Even with the fee, they still have a policy against dogs are nearly all the restaurants and the pool. Also, I had called numerous times to inquire about early check-in and was given vague answers of availability. I was never told that, even if your room is available, there is a $75 fee imposed for any check-in prior to 4pm (even just an hour or so early). I feel like this hotel has an additional add on fee for every interaction."

"We booked a suite but none of the door was working. I tried both door for many times before i walked to the front desk for helped. They helped me working on a different keys but then those didnt work either. Then i have to walked back down again for the third time while 3 of my toddlers were antsy and irritated. They had to used the master key for the door, it was terrible experience for such a pricey suite. "

"There is a surprise $50 deposit that is not disclosed at booking, and they don’t have breakfast like it says they do. The check in person was walking around barefoot, and all you can smell is weed both outside and inside the property. Room was clean enough but there were 2 towels and 1 washcloth provided for 3 people. "
