The property has many different areas, such as, a pool, barbecue area, and boat/jetski ramp. However, the hotel charges you to park your trailer.

We loved being able to kayak right off the property and that the property had kayaks. It was great for the night we needed, thank you!

In general was good clean closed to many stores like publix but bathroom floor was broke kitchen need some update and mattress broke very uncomfortable.

No complaints....comfortable beds, good wifi, pool was nice, and there's a dock where apparently if you spray the hose into the water, it attracts manatees, but we did not see any.

Long story but asked to change rooms. They had an available room at 8pm just for one night. I was fine paying the difference in room pricing but the money hungry manager charged 3 times the difference

The only thing positive was that the bed was clean and sheets smelled clean. Parking was awful. The boat storage area had NO Security at all. And overall knowledge from the staff we met was very limited.

No light by laundry or walkway. stairs safety strips Were torn and missing. Missed last step due to this and fell down. Handyman was nice and help. Mattress was completely broken down, reported it and slept on it first night. They did replace mattress and second night was better.

Very clean and comfortable with an "Old Florida" vibe. The lady at the front desk (I'm sorry I didn't ask her name) was so nice and friendly and told us all the good places to eat. She even let me store my Key Lime pie in her office fridge while we waited to check in.

We really liked the room having a front room with a small kitchenette allowing meals and snacks to be made. Would suggest a few more places to hang and shelve things like in the bathroom. Nice stay overall thanks

Some of the fixtures like the toilet and the faucet were a little loose, they felt cheap. The light switch in the bathroom didn't work properly and sometimes the light would not come on, mostly the gfci, and so then the hair dryer did not work. The chairs in the living room were not really comfortable.

We didn't have any hot water for the shower, so we had to just wash up a bit in the sink, thankfully the water there was hot. Pretty disappointing after a day of walking around. No one was there that could look at why there was no hot water. The roosters on the property kept us up all night too. I cannot recommend staying here

This resort was nearly $300/night and literally had the bare minimum that a hotel room would have. The Bed was creaky and uncomfortable, one of the fan blades was missing, the hair dryer fell off the wall when I went to use it, and the TV was so small even watching a movie sucked. We took the kayaks out the following morning and they had holes in them and filled with water when we tried to use them. No continental breakfast. Everything was way below standard... I could not believe they can get away with charging $300 for 1 night. I expect with that money they could afford to make the rooms and amenities better. I think the quality of this resort is close to Motel 8 status.... I kid you not.
