A beautiful property with a great ocean view as promised . Our bungalow with the roof top balcony met my expectations to the T. On the flip side, customer service was …..well they can definitely improve. There is reception but any requests are through a text messaging system which sounds convenient but did not work for my stay. I had to make simple requests multiple times and wait overnight to get a reply. Moreover as well furnished as the bungalow was there was not even complementary water available or provided to us, while the housekeeping carts had bottles of water on them …. I definitely would not come back here but try to get more value and customer service for my money spent …

Upon check in was billed a second time even though reservation was prepaid. Let the property know ahead of time was celebarating my wife and I 2nd wedding anniversary-Nothing was done and we weren't even congratulated or offered anything. Phone did not work in room and maintenance had to come fix it. Tv also stopped working two different times but for a 2 night stay did not ask engineering to come again as we were checking out the next day. Only good part was the Brightwild Excursion that left from the property to sand bar.

We lucked this property after staying at the Fairfield Key West for one night and the room was camped. Beachside Resort upgraded us and our ocean view condo unit was amazing. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!

This property changed from a Marriott too another management company on the day we arrived. We received an email maybe the day before. The email stated that everything would remain the same, which wasn’t true. They had removed the lobby coffee and breakfast, the airport shuttle and the water taxi. They only would come to clean the room on request, which wasn’t told to us at check in. We did like the pool area, beach, and the shuttle to Old town. The restaurants were good and shuttle staff great!

The hotel is being turned into time shares in two weeks,laying off most of the staff. So for the most part the employees were not happy and sometimes rude.

Pass for room did not work. Staff tried it and couldn't get it to work. Told to go back to Lobby. A looong Walk. Desk clerk gave the impression we didn't know how to unlock door. No apology for inconvenience.

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. We were very surprised when our request for late checkout was denied. We requested two hours and were only allowed one hour. Housekeeping was definitely on the persistent side.

The initial price in the package was decent for Key West but the room size was much smaller than advertised. Upgraded to a suite since it was our anniversary/my birthday weekend and the price was rediculous for what was offered. Loved having our own balcony and a view of the ocean except all the sunken abandond boats around the property. Went to the Hotel resteraunt/bar and enjoyed some cocktails, service was great, however took our food back to our suite and it was undercooked, called the resteraunt to possibly return it and was told no manager was available to help us. We had to order some terrible carry out pizza after spending over 150 at the Hotel Resteraunt. Management did reach out the next day & eventually credit us but it was just disappointing to not have a good meal that evening on our anniversary.Also the dishwasher in our suite fell over on my foot when i just opened the door....

1)I arrived at 11:30am and was told I would be contacted by phone when the room is ready. I never got the call. 2) I checked in at 11:30, nobody told me there was a shuttle for the bus for going into the town. I wish I knew that instead of taking an uber 3) I checked in at night, very exhausted, I was told clearly how room number works. 6 means building and middle number means floor. Thanksfully there was a maintenance guy helped us out. But I wish the communication was a bit clearer. Especially for the first timer.

Loved the shuttle! The hotel is a ways from downtown, but they offer a shuttle every hour to and from. The pool bar was a nice perk and decent prices for vacation. The hotel bar/restaurant was very pricey and not my choice of meals. The pool is nice with lots of seating. The beach is not what I expected, but a view of the water is always pleasant.

I had a pleasant stay until I found out that my Marriott number was not on my reservation. This was disappointing as when I called the hotel I was instructed to called Marriott directly and still no help, it was stated that I couldn’t add my number u til 10 days after check out. Additionally, they can’t ad my number if I booked through Expedia. Not sure if I’ll book at another Marriott property again.

The grounds were great. The room was awesome. The breakfast was ridiculously priced. It cost us $25 for avocado toast, $80 for two buffets where the food wasn't that good.
