My wife and I stayed at 24 North for a week to get away from The Masters. It was a working vacation and we couldn’t have chosen a better hotel. We had a comfortable quiet place to work every morning and easy access to Old Town Key West in the evenings. The staff was helpful and courteous, the room was comfortable and had a great view of the ocean. We will definitely stay at 24 North again.

If u need a great place to sleep and shower def recommend. Checked in and desk staff stated that no additional charge will be applied since it was previously paid for. On last day of stay 5 different charge started to appear and then when I inquired about what it was for they stated they wasn’t sure but no other charge would be incurred and “that’s just showed up today would be returned to your bank account once checked out”. Then when I checked out an hour later the same staff stated that they made a mistake. That the card would be charge even though they said no additional charges made. SO AS FAR AS Watching ur bank account closely for mysterious charges from the hotel may start showing up. No room cleaning everyday and continental breakfast included. SO I GIVE THIS HOTEL 4 of 10 rating.

Staff was very lazy and rude. I asked to have some coffee pods delivered over 5 times one morning and they were never delivered. Maintenance staff was rude when I told them I had no hot water. Also, never received my free cocktail, or any other VIP extras like I should have. Won't stay here again.

Pool area and grounds were kept very nice and we really enjoyed the views. Food by pool was tasty. Room was the let down. Carpet was ratty, didn't want bare feet on carpet. Bathroom sink filled with water every use. The stopper remained in closed position. There must have been complaints about this, which would have been ignored, or no action taken. Too bad.
