Tranquility and leisure for you and your family. Great location. Close to the sea
- The residence has a great location in relation to the sea (approximately 200 meters) calm of the beach of Cachoeira do Bom Jesus, supermarkets, pharmacy, central fruit, vegetables and several restaurants. The large fully enclosed backyard with wall, electric fence and remote controlled gate provides great conditions for children and pets. The street is quiet, with only residents.
In the value of the rental / lodging, this included the supply of: Bed linen, bath and face towels, beach chairs, umbrella, pay TV in the living room and internet access (100 Mbts).
Between March and Christmas the value is proportional to the number of guests. Each occupant less than the total (nine) there is a discount of $ 20.00 up to the minimum limit of four guests.
