The house offers 270m² of comfort and leisure, featuring a heated pool with a chlorine generator for gentle skin and hair care, a gourmet area with a barbecue, beer cooler, 2-burner stove, and bathroom, as well as a covered bocce court. Air conditioning in all bedrooms ensures comfort in every season. There is a garage for 3 cars and an extra parking space at the entrance for added convenience.

The house combines sophistication and comfort in a spacious environment. The living room integrated with the kitchen includes a counter for 10 people, perfect for group meals.
