House "DuCampeche" - (vacation rental travels)

Located in the Campeche neighborhood, the house is a haven of tranquility and privacy. In addition to being close to the sea (approximately 2 km), the house is just 10 km from the airport and 15 km from downtown Florianópolis and 10 km from the south beaches of the island. The house sleeps 8 comfortably and there is the possibility of adding and 2 single mattresses and one double to be placed on the floor (totaling 12 guests). The 3 double suites are on the ground floor as all other environments of the house privileging the same garden view and your privacy. The living room seats 6 people sitting similarly to the kitchen table. The kitchen and barbecue area is the same environment. The house also has laundry and separate toilet to meet the pool bathers. Cars can be parked in front of the house along the tested terrain fitting from 3 to 4 vehicles (this street is dead-end and very quiet offers no danger). House is for the exclusive use of the guest and in this case will have access in every house except the garage (the whole house is offered to one group only).
