🔳 New, complete apartment!

🔳 There are 3 independent rooms with inverter air conditioning, as follows:
▪️Room 1: Suite with double bed.
▪️Room 2: Two single beds that can be adapted and used as a double bed.
▪️Room 3: Single bed with built-in bed, which can be raised and also adapted for couples. It also has a work area with a desk and armchair.
▪️ There is the possibility of a seventh guest, as we have an extra mattress, which can be positioned in bedroom 1, bedroom 2 or even in the living room.

🔳 All new beds, excellent quality.

🔳 Fully equipped barbecue on the balcony with auxiliary table with 4 chairs.

🔳 Bathrooms with great showers and glass shower.

🔳 Living / Dining Room equipped with a table for 5 people together with a bar-style bench for 2 more people. Comfortable extendable sofa, SmarTV 50 ”with Netflix, YouTube, Playstation 3, HD NET Channels, JBL Extreme and 35MB Wi-Fi.

🔳 Full kitchen with refrigerator, cooktop stove, debugger, microwave, electric oven and blender.

🔳 Laundry with tank and washing machine.
