"A pleasant apartment but with many issues. The patio was delightful but the overpowering smell ? drains made it impossible to sit out in. There were no instructions on how to use the aircon which failed on us. Buckets of water from the air con overflowed on the patio. 3 nights with no air con was unbearable. The dishwasher didn't work and there was no hot water in the kitchen so washing up was not easy. Insufficient cups, teaspoons bath towels for 5 of us It would have been useful to have an...

However, it is the professionalism and friendliness of the staff that stood out for us - everyone seemed to go the extra mile to be helpful, considerate, welcoming, friendly and courteous.
