"My experience with this property was not satisfactory, mainly because of the restriction placed on the air conditioning. In the middle of summer in San Antonio, with extremely high outdoor temperatures, the thermostat was programmed so that guests could not lower the temperature below 71°F. "Our stay here was fantastic from the beginning to the end. We had everything we needed and the staff was very attentive. We used valet parking and our luggage was taken up to our room and unloaded for us. When we checked out, our luggage was loaded and taken down to our vehicle for us. Patrick, was very nice and very knowledgeable about the history of this hotel. We will definitely be back for another stay!"
