"The view from our room was amazing, we had a perfect view of Arenal Volcano when looking out of the window. Transportation was provided when going throughout the facility. Housekeeping was very good at keeping our room clean, and they were nice enough to make towel animals for my daughter. She was very happy to come back to the room to see towel animals. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They were helpful with all of our needs, from laundry, to transportation, and anything else we needed. They were instrumental in making our vacation very special."

"Spectacular property with breathtaking grounds and a view of the volcano from every room. Rustic decor that matches the surroundings. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. We were delighted with our choice to stay here and only wish we had been able to stay longer."

"Luxurious five star property that checked all the boxes. Amazing and highly attentive staff, exceptionally well maintained property, with countless pools and natural hot springs, and its own activity center on the Arenal River that runs through the property. Our room was spacious, with a large bathroom with spa tub, and large balcony with ideal view of the volcano. The property was tucked into a forrest 15 minutes from town. Being on site is an experience in itself. The only downside was the pull of being on site can limit interest in taking more advantage of the surrounding area. The dining options were good, not great, but the bar bites by the pool and river were all satisfying. All in all, one of the finest properties we have ever stayed at. Looking forward to a return visit. "

"Beautiful property. Breakfast was included, they had many options available including vegan and gluten free foods. Restaurant food was really good too, drinks at the pool bar were also really good. Staff was super helpful "

"Loved that the hotel is surrounded by a rainforest setting. We got to hear frogs, birds and crickets and love the peacefulness of nature. Breakfast was great with ala carte omelette bar. Room was clean and comfy. There was even an umbrella in the room for guest. I would recommend this hotel."

"One more excellent resort located in La Fortuna area.Reception staff was very courteous and helpful.Manrique Sanchez ( I hope I got the name right) helped us with the tours and his suggestions were spot on for our family needs. Cleaning staff and all support staff were top notch.You will not regret staying in here."

"We absolutely LOVED our stay at the Lodge! Not only was the view amazing from every angle including our balcony, but also the service was OUTSTANDING! Everyone was so kind. And the restaurant food was to die for!! Best filet mignon I've ever had - not kidding! Mr. Howard at the restaurant was also wonderful, as well as the waiters, including Enrique. What a lovely experience. We'll definitely be staying there when we visit CR again without a doubt!!"
