"If you have an issue with bugs, this is not the place for you. From a cockroach in our room, to water bugs running through the breakfast area and the employees just kind of shrugging their shoulders because they know about it. Our waitress literally stopped to let one pass and then came back with a dustpan and just swept it up like it wasn't a big deal. One employee told me that the hotel is owned by investors and they refuse to put any money into it calling it the "rachetson". The AC was out on the entire first floor so the breakfast area was unbearable. I felt super sorry for the employees that had to sit at that front desk. This hotel looks like it was pretty happening at one time but has been let fall apart. I was very bummed because I've seen this hotel from the freeway for years and always wanted to stay there. I'm grateful not to have seen bed bugs but even the bottom mattresses aren't in casements like in other hotels. Our balcony door handle ripped off right in our hand when we tried to close the door and when I went to the handle on the other side of the door, it was loose too so I made someone come up and close it for us. Unacceptable. It was clean but their fix? Free breakfast. We saw the bugs and didn't even finish our food. Never again"

"Oh lord.. where to begin. First off, as soon as we walk in, we noticed the air conditioner wasn't on, and the room was hot. It was 90+ degrees outside and muggy. Because the air wasn't turn on before our arrival, the room was damp and musty. Right after opening the door and being hit in the face with a hot room, we noticed the floor was WET with condensation from the air not being on. It was so humid in the room, the bedding even felt damp. If that wasn't enough, we booked a king bed room and were put in a room with two full sized beds. More observations: -there was only about 1/3 of a roll of toilet paper in the room. No extra roll tucked away anywhere. -the lotions in the bathroom weren't even sealed. They were already open. -the bottom of the shower curtain had mildew on it. Needless to say we didn't take a shower because of it. -the whole hotel and hallway to our room smelled terrible, like it had been flooded. -you check in via a kiosk, albeit one with a live human on the screen talking you through the process. When my key stopped working today, I went back to the kiosk and swear the kid helping me couldn’t have been more than 12 years old. Not a good look Best Western. -breakfast? Lol. Bread, a toaster, cereal, milk, and juice. That’s it. All-in-all a horrifically terrible experience. We had this room booked for another night on our way back through, and I am definitely cancelling it and finding somewhere else to stay."

"Florence Ky was the best location for our Creation Museum/Ark Encounter vacation. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and spacious. Nice pool area. We enjoyed the restaurant and bar area and we didn’t have to go out for breakfast or dinner"

"Room and place in general could have been cleaner, there was a smell throughout which was kinda musty. Checkin was with a kiosk, not a person, which was weird. We attempted breakfast but it was not edible. Glad we were stopping through for a few hours of sleep only, would not have wanted to be there any longer."
