Don't both.
Discription of the hotel wasn't clear had a shared bathroom, pictures show the room with a bathroom. Noisy, if you like sharing go for it, if. It don't both huge disappointment to us.

Non è assolutamente quello che ci aspettavamo!
Abbiamo atteso 1h prima che qualcuno ci venisse ad accogliere (la responsabile era ad un appuntamento); le camere non era come quelle prenotate e il bagno era in comune (cosa non riportata nella descrizione)! Sconsigliato!

Ho prenotato in questa residenza in quanto vicinissima al centro e almeno da questo punto di vista si è dimostrata ottima in quanto in pochi minuti a piedi si raggiungono tutti i monumenti ed è servita benissimo dai mezzi pubblici. La problematica nasce all'interno in quanto la camera era freddissima ma soprattutto non pulita correttamente nei pavimenti. Fin quì avremmo potuto anche soprassedere in quano necessitavamo di un posto per dormire essendo più attratti dalle bellezze di Firenze che da un soggiorno in camera anche se prima di dormire qualche minuto di TV non avrebbe disturbato. La parte orribile è stata quando mossa la coperta abbiamo trovato una macchia di sangue nel coprimaterasso del nostro letto che ci ha obbligati a dormire senza in quanto non c'è personale durante la notte che possa fornire assistenza. Per questo motivo non consiglierei a nessuno questo posto avendo come unico vantaggio la posizione.

B&B dal Check-in troppo limitato
La struttura è a 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione di SMN, il che rispetta il punto a favore del B&B. Il fattore negativo è che il check-in è troppo restrittivo: gli orari di accoglienza e l'attenzione a rispondere alle chiamate telefoniche scarseggiano. C'è tutto l'essenziale, anche la pulizia è attenta, ciò nonostante per la colazione bisogna trasferirsi in altra palazzina. Per chi come me ha dovuto recarsi nella bellissima Firenze per una convention, quindi un mordi e fuggi, potrebbe essere la location ideale. Ma suggerirei un'attenzione maggiore nell'accoglienza. Grazie comunque dell'ospitalità.

per il prezzo pagato si trova di meglio.
Il residence si trova in ottima posizione x visitare i monumenti più importanti a piedi. Il residence pecca dal punto del comfort. La colazione è discreta. Fanno pagare 4 euro e 50 cent. per la tassa turistica. Non ci sono asciugacapelli nel bagno in comune.

広すぎるほどの部屋
まず、部屋が広い。ダブルベットとシングルベッド２つ。クローゼットにハンガーもあり。扇風機にエアコンあり。と至れり尽くせり。シャワールームが２つだが問題ない。掃除もキレイに出来ている。少し、メインの場所からは離れているが問題ない。二軒隣はスーパーで買い物も楽。
