Hotel is in a great location; however, the front rooms are very noisy until 2am. The hotel does not have a gym so you must use one that is a ten minute walk from the hotel named Florence Fitness for €15 per day.

This is our favorite hotel in Florence and we have stayed here many times. We particularly love the beautiful room where breakfast is served. We are treated very well here.

The hotel is very well-located (though Florence is compact and walkable and this will be true for most hotels). It is in the heart of the high end shopping district. And just a short walk to most of the major sites. The staff was friendly and helpful. The building is historic but updated.

Gorgeous historical property centrally located. Our triple had ample room and a bath and a half which was great for three female travelers. The daybed was a little smaller than expected. Staff went above and beyond.

Beautiful and Comfortable in Florence
The hotel is beautiful. The service is top notch. The staff made us feel at home the minute they opened the front door. We stayed with our daughter and she had her own spacious space and we did as well. The rooms are beautiful and very comfortable.

Lovely hotel. Great location, great staff. Rooms are nice. High ceilings. No views at least from lower floors is the only drawback. Maybe request a front facing room? No gym facilities, but beautiful run along the Arno only a few steps away. Breakfast was very good, above and beyond ‘typical’ continental. All in all thumbs up.

The location for this hotel can't be beat. Beautiful hotel within walking distance of all the shops, tourist sites, best restaurants, etc. Staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. Only drawback is the lobby has an extremely strong floral perfume smell. Couldn't get out of the lobby fast enough to avoid a horrible headache.

Could not find find one flaw with this hotel if I tried! My boyfriend and I stayed for 3 nights and it was beyond perfect. As a New Yorkers who also have done extensive through work we hAve stayed at some of the most iconic hotel in the world. But this hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our entire stay. We loved coming home after a fun day sightseeing to the enchanting lobby. We felt like royalty in a secret space. The rooms were clean and just perfect location for all that we wanted to do in the city. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and am already excited about our next visit back
