Overall, had a very pleasant stay. Room was clean (except the microwave). Couldn't use the gym or pool due to over chlorination. You could smell the Chlorine as soon as you entered the hotel. Staff was friendly but didn't ask at checkout if I wanted to pay cash or charge. We were going to pay with cash but didn't even ask.

Very nice stay. Room was large, updated and very clean. Nice pool area. Convenient location with lots of restaurants nearby. $25 deposit at check-in. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Hotel stay @ Holiday Inn Florence Ky..
It was an amazing stay. Couldn’t ask for better service from everyone. Jetty done a great job from the time we got there until we left today at 1045. I give her 5 stars. We will definitely be back to the Holiday Inn in Florence Ky. I would recommend this hotel. We went the Aquarium and Ark. We were in between both. There was a lot of places to shop and eat.

A very good choice near the interstate
Moved my son out of his Louisville college dorm for Summer break and, because of the derby, Florence was the closest town on our drive home to Pennsylvania with available (and affordable) rooms. I chose the Holiday Inn and, if you're looking for a hotel more conveniently located off of I-71 North in Florence, you won't find one! It's location is perfect, the hotel is well appointed for the price point. Our room was spotless and in good condition. We never heard our neighbors. We did hear the occasional loud vehicle driving by but nothing that prevented us from sleeping. I prepaid via hotels.com so only needed to provide a card for incidentals. I recommend staying here. Bonus: the cheapest gas along the interstate was located at the BP station directly next door (on 5/5/24 it was $3.19/gallon).

Good stay and value
We stayed here on the way to watch the Total Solar Eclipse of 2024. The room and facilities are neat and clean. If you are staying on the entry side of the property, it is a little loud with the nearby air cargo airport (bring earplugs). The planes are taking off continuously well after midnight. All and all a good stay. Easy access to Cincinnati.
