Location is nice, but cleanness need to be improve

The location is nice, within 10 minutes to get there. The apartment is not clean enough, so many dust and some hair on the floor. The bed is not comfy to sleep. Water pressure is quite low when showering. The girl who catch us up is nice, and introduced wht to do in Florence passionately!

Good central apartment for family of 5

Stayed for 3 nights with husband and 3 young adult sons. The apartment was 5 minutes walk from the train station. Sharon met us there and explained all the details & answered any questions we had. The air con was appreciated as we stayed in summer. Very central to all the main attractions, we walked everywhere. Found some good restaurants in the near-by streets.

Possibly a little over priced.

Place was ok. A little tired. Rental agency staff were very helpfull. Lot of rules re check in times. Well situated for transport.
