"Everything was fine until we where leaving. The elevator was not working. I had just had back surgery a few weeks ago. With the elevator I had to go down four flights of stairs. It hurt me so bad that I was in so much pain that i could hardly walk. We ended up leaving and going home. We had planed on spending the day shopping and enjoying are selfs. (pretty said) Gary Hamme "
