The hotel smells of cigarette and weed in the bathroom, indicating people were using the shared bathroom ventilation for this purpose."

They were inflexible and charged me for one night when it wasn’t used. Hotels.com made the original reservation and reached out to the administrative staff at the Kingsley Inn, who still stood firm and did not offer a room credit for a future use. "There was a main water leak in the city which caused a lot of issues. We had to run and get cases of water to flush the toilet. We didn’t take a shower for 2 days. It was easier to stay than to fight the thousands of people trying to find other accommodations. Not their fault but still a problem. "
