"No blow dryer or laundry bags in the rooms. Refrigerator was small. Quiet hours not enforced. Pranksters banging on doors after 1am and the front desk called room to room looking for who had children. Shouldn't that be on the reservation? Breakfast area not well stocked."

"Friendly staff, helpful and responsive to problems. (Something was not working in my room, front desk staff was very apologetic and had it fixed by the time I returned.) However I was surprised that in my three nights there the room was never cleaned once. It didn’t objectively “need” it, I guess, but if they don’t plan on servicing the room during your stay it seems like the sort of thing they should be explicit about (“we won’t automatically service your room, if you would like us to clean it please ask,” or something like that)."

"Upon checking in late and after changing we discovered both the room phone and TV was not working. The front desk came up and took about 10 minutes to find the correct TV setup. The bathroom was dirty and this property is beat up."
