"Our assigned room was on the third floor; however the elevator was out of service. After hauling a couple of suitcases up two floors it was obvious that we would not be able to stay. I am 86 yrs old and my wife is 79. The desk clerk said that he understood but that since I booked the hotel through Expedia he could not refund our money. He told us that Expedia would have to call the hotel. Since we were there for our granddaughter's college graduation we had to find another hotel (with a functional elevator). Our efforts to contact Expedia failed. The Expedia computer seemed not to have a record of this hotel reservation. I will continue to try to find a phone number for customer service."

"This was our second time staying at this property. The property is gorgeous, cute place, plenty of things to do, and of course the neighborhood dogs were a great hit with the entire family.
